| Southern Louisiana |
The Southern Louisiana core assets are our largest and most prolific producers. Our West Cote Blanche Bay and Hackberry fields consist of approximately 12,000 acres in the inland waters of the State of Louisiana. The region's inventory of proved undeveloped reserves provide a solid asset foundation for our company.

Permian Basin, West Texas
We own approximately 4,100 net leasehold acres in our Permian Basin play. The vast majority of this acreage is found in Upton and Midland counties where we are targeting sweet spots within the Wolfcamp and Sprayberry formations. As of August, 2008, five operated rigs were active to further develop the acreage. We expect drilling activity of 17 to 22 net wells by year-end 2008 on current leaseholds and anticipate exposure to additional acquisitions in this play throughout 2008.

| Bakken/Williston Basin |
Stretching from North Central United States to Canada, the Williston Basin provides Gulfport with a unique opportunity for significant future growth. Technological advances have unlocked the great potential of this legacy basin. Our current leaseholds total approximately 16,500 net acres and are located in Western North Dakota. Our average working interest continues to grow as more prospects are being drilled. Going forward, we will continue to seek and evaluate new leasing opportunities in this very hot play.

| Thailand |
In 2005, Gulfport began its investment into the potentially world class natural gas fields of Northeast Thailand. These fields are in the early stages of exploration and production, and we feel that the potential of these fields to produce multiple Tcf of natural gas adds great value for our shareholders.
